There is an open floor plan with a comfortably furnished living room and a flat screen TV. Two nicely appointed bedrooms feature antique furnishings, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed and a twin bed. All new mattresses as of 2022!
The partial kitchen with a small breakfast bar area is equipped for preparing simple meals and there is additional outdoor seating for 6 and a gas grill to enjoy the beautiful river scenery. Adirondack chairs and a small picnic table are also available on the Roaring Fork River beach.

This condo is not equipped with a full kitchen but offers a 2 burner cook top and a combination microwave/convection oven. There is not a standard oven or a dishwasher.
Due to the proximity of the river to the home, extreme caution must be used with young children.
The owners are part-time residents and occasionally occupy the upper level of the home however there are no shared spaces and the apartment is completely separate and private.
