A four wheel or all wheel drive vehicle is required in winter months due to the steep driveway.
There is a highly trafficked street in front of this home that is visible through the trees from the deck, living area and patio. Please take extra precaution with children as the driveway leads straight to this street and there is no fence surrounding the property.
Several of the owner's vehicles and a boat are parked on the upper right section of the driveway that can be seen from the kitchen window. Additionally, there is an RV and trailer being stored at the end of the driveway near the street.
