Located steps from the Roaring Fork River, the Rio Grande Trail and a short drive to world class ski resorts, downtown's unique shops, restaurants, hot springs pools, world class fly fishing, rafting, kayaking and more!

The highlight of this updated home is the open living space surrounded by walls of windows and a wrap around deck with beautiful views that bring the outdoors in. Whip up a delicious meal effortlessly in the well-equipped kitchen and gather with friends or family around the oversized island. The living room offers a cozy space to lounge by the wall mounted fireplace or television after a long day exploring the Roaring Fork Valley.

Step through the French doors and relax on the comfortable outdoor sofa with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and catch a glimpse of the mountaintop Glenwood Canyon Adventure Park and gondola. The backyard is nestled against the red hill mountainside with spectacular oak brush foliage in the fall as well as wildlife viewing.

Two comfortable bedrooms with plush queen beds are located on the main floor along with a bright, newly renovated bathroom. A dedicated office space with adjustable standing desk provides a great space for those looking to do work or school remotely. The window-side day bed is the perfect quiet corner to read a book or take an afternoon nap.

Downstairs, the lower level has been converted into a master suite with a California King bed, bathroom featuring an extra deep soaking tub and a private seating area. Enjoy direct access to the lower lawn with a cozy seating area beneath mature trees.

Though this home doesn't have air conditioning there are fans for your comfort.

A 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle is required during winter months due to the steep driveway.

A highly trafficked street is located in front of the home that is visible through the trees from the deck, living area and patio. Please take extra precaution with children as the driveway leads straight to this street and there is no fence surrounding the property.

The owner's vehicles and a boat are parked on the upper right section of the driveway and are visible from the kitchen window. Additionally, there is an RV and trailer being stored at the end of the driveway near the street.

Included in the price of your rental is a $59 non-refundable damage protection insurance policy in lieu of a damage deposit. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found here
