Welcome to 10th Mountain Condo, a tribute to the unique history of the 10th Mountain Division! This home features one of the largest condo floorplans at the Ranch making it the perfect home base for a family vacation, friends getaway, fishing retreat, or adventurous vacation!

The living space, featuring beautiful golf course views, vintage decor, knotty pine woodwork, and a wood burning stove, is a welcoming retreat after a long day exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. A well-equipped kitchen provides everything necessary for baking, slow cooking, grilling, creating and serving full family meals! Rustic alder cabinets and granite countertops lend a warm ambiance to the space that opens up to breakfast bar seating for 3 and a pine dining table with settings for 6. In the warmer months, choose to dine outdoors on the secluded stone slab porch with beautifully manicured landscape views, and in the cooler evenings, enjoy a glass of wine around the patio fire pit. 

Each bedroom boasts a plush queen bed with its own private en suite bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks the stunning golf course landscaping, and the second bedroom provides views of the iconic Mt. Sopris. A 3rd floor loft offers a sleeping area with two cozy twin beds for the young or young-at-heart. 

Parking is conveniently positioned in front of the condo, and an outdoor shed is fully dedicated for guest use. Whole Foods, quaint shops and a variety of stores are a short drive away. If you prefer to treat yourself to a night out, take your pick from numerous excellent nearby restaurants in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Though this home doesn't have air conditioning, it has fans for your use.

In order to complete your reservation a lease must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking.

Only fly fishing is permitted in all waterways at The Ranch. In order to fish at The Ranch, a Fly Fishing Guide Registration form must be completed and returned to the office. 2 Fly Fishing badges are included in your stay.

Parking is for passenger vehicles only. RVs, trailers, OHVs, dirt bikes, and boats are strictly prohibited from the property. If this rule is violated, a fine will be assessed.

There is no mail delivery to this unit. If you need mail delivered you should do a general delivery to the Carbondale post office.

The loft sleeping area skylight is equipped with a shade, but may reach warmer temperatures in the summer months that some guests may not be comfortable with.

The third bedroom on the second level does not have a window.

We take the safety of our Guests and Team Members very seriously. Our homes are professionally cleaned and disinfected after each check-out in accordance with the CO Department of Public Health & Environment COVID-19 Guidelines. We eliminate person-to person contact by offering self check-in and check-out procedures.

  • Due to owners severe allergies, pets are not permitted on the premises.
  • Special events or larger gatherings are not permitted, maximum of 8 guests.
  • A limited stock of basic guest supplies are provided to start off your stay.
  • A drip coffee maker and Keurig machine are provided. Please bring your favorite ground coffee or K-cups. While you are welcome to use any coffee available, they are not guaranteed to be supplied.
  • Personal belongings left behind can be retrieved and shipped for a $35 fee, plus packaging and shipping.
  • Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 14-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
  • Damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure; may take up to 7 business days to return to your account.
