We HIGHLY recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance to help protect your vacation since NO REFUNDS if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival; inclusive of illness,  flight delays, cancelled flights, storms, road conditions or road closures. PARKING IS LIMITED TO ONE VEHICLE. Park directly in front of home and place parking permit on the dashboard to avoid a parking ticket. PARKING PERMIT MUST BE RETURNED before departure in order to avoid a $50 replacement fee.

This home does not have air conditioning although it stays fairly cool in the summer due to the elevation and fans that are available for your use.

Hot tub and swimming pool are closed in off season months; approximately mid-April to Memorial Day and Labor Day to Thanksgiving.

Included in the price of your rental is a $59 non-refundable damage protection insurance policy in lieu of a damage deposit. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found here

  • A drip coffee maker is provided. Please bring your favorite ground coffee as it is not supplied.
  • Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 14-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
