This welcoming duplex home is the perfect home base for any mountain vacation! Steps from all of the prime destinations of Glenwood Springs including the hot springs pools, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, quaint shops, delicious restaurants, relaxing spas, train station, beautiful parks and the Roaring Fork and Colorado rivers. Endless opportunities for an easy-going or adventurous getaway await! 

THE SPACE

A well-equipped kitchen is essential for a family vacation, and this home provides everything needed for a quick breakfast or an intricate dinner.  Greet the day on the wrap around deck and enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee.

The living area offers an abundance of natural light with oversized windows, comfortable furnishings and ample space for the whole family. After a long day on the slopes or exploring town, curl up with a warm drink around the gas fireplace. For additional sleeping options, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the main level living room. 

On the second level, the master bedroom features a plush king bed and a small balcony overlooking mature foliage and mountains. The second bedroom provides wonderful north and east views from a cozy queen bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom. 

The basement level offers one double and two twin beds, perfect for a group of kids or adults. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located on the lower level.

We HIGHLY recommend you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance to help protect your vacation since NO REFUNDS if cancelled less than 30 days of arrival; inclusive of illness, storms, road conditions or road closures. Dog friendly, limit of 1 dog.  PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT PET FEE.  Must be crated when left alone. Please request to review our Dog Rules prior to your arrival AND note that there is not a fenced yard, and dogs must be leashed at all times when outside.

This home does not have air conditioning, however, the two upstairs bedrooms have AC window units. 

A long term tenant resides on the other half of the duplex. There are no shared spaces whatsoever however please keep one parking space behind the home, on the right side, available for the tenant.

2 parking spaces are available in alley behind home, on left side.  Additional cars may park on Pitkin Street.

A barbecue grill is not provided and bringing your own grill is not permitted at this home.
 
We take the safety of our Guests and Team members very seriously. Our homes are professionally cleaned and disinfected after each check-out in accordance with the CO Department of Public Health & Environment COVID-19 Guidelines. We eliminate person-to person contact by offering self check-in and check-out procedures and most of our properties are private homes without shared amenities.

•  A limited stock of basic guest supplies are provided to start off your stay.
• A drip coffee maker is provided. Please bring your favorite ground coffee as it is not supplied.
• Special events or larger gatherings are not permitted at this home, maximum of 7 guests.
• Personal belongings left behind can be retrieved and shipped for a $35 fee, plus packaging and shipping.
• Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 14-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
• Damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure; may take up to 7 business days to return to your account.
