IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis, or vapor devices is strictly prohibited.  Disregarding this Rule may result in a fine.

This property has river views but no river frontage, and there is no trespassing on neighbor properties to reach the river. In order to reach public areas of the river, you must exit the neighborhood onto Frying Pan Road and walk or drive a short distance.

Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Includes 1 space in GARAGE WITH LIMITED HEIGHT OF 62 INCHES FOR A LOW PROFILE, SMALL VEHICLE ONLY, plus additional parking for 3–4 vehicles at the top of the driveway.

It is ESSENTIAL that you print written instructions and arrive before dark due to the location of the cabin and lack of cell or WiFi reception.

NO OPEN FIRES PERMITTED on the property. There is a gas grill provided for your use. Bringing your own charcoal grill, fire pit, deep fat cooker, fire table, outdoor heater of any kind or any other device with an open flame or exposed coils is strictly prohibited. 

Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.
