If you are a smoker, this is NOT the property for you. SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INDOORS AND OUTDOORS BY BUILDING ORDINANCE. This includes inside the unit, on the deck, the building premises, the building grounds, common areas and the parking lot. Due to close proximity and air drafts, odors are detected in neighboring units. Disregarding this policy will result in a $500 fine and you will be asked to vacate the property.
