The owners occupy an adjacent space on the property however there are no shared areas whatsoever. They are available to offer assistance if needed during your stay. For security purposes, the exterior of this home is under 24 hour surveillance.

Because of the danger of fire, NO OPEN FIRES are allowed on the property. You may use the propane grill on the patio. Bringing your own grill is not permitted. Charcoal grills, fire pits, deep fry cookers, fire tables, outdoor heaters or any other device with an open flame or exposed coils are strictly prohibited.
This home is equipped with two portable AC units located on both floors to help keep the house cool during the summer months.
An outdoor shed is provided for all recreational gear. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to bring any kind of recreational equipment in the home including ski boots, skis, snowboards, poles, bikes, fishing gear, climbing gear etc.
The yard is not fully fenced on this property, so please exercise caution and ensure that children are supervised at all times. USE EXTRA CAUTION WITH CHILDREN AROUND THE WELL IN THE YARD.
