This spacious mountain home is great for families and is situated in a private golfing community, near the Crystal River, downtown's excellent restaurants and shops and within a short drive to Aspen. The open floor plan, floor to ceiling windows, gas fireplaces, entertainment room and fire pit makes staying at this home an unforgettable experience!  With 5,800 square feet of living space, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeping  accommodations for up to 12 people, this home is ideal for large families. 


The huge entrance leads into a welcoming great room with high ceilings, exposed beams, oversized windows and comfortable leather furnishings. The spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stone countertops, double ovens and stainless steel appliances makes preparing meals a breeze. The lower level is designed for entertaining with the spacious seating area, wet bar, large screen TV and ping pong table. 

The master bedroom suite features a comfortable king size bed, a gas fireplace, oversized windows with Mount Sopris views and an attached den. The en suite bathroom features an oversized bathtub with mountain views, a walk-in shower and travertine stone floors with radiant heat.

Three bright, comfortably furnished guest bedrooms are located on the second level. The bunk room, great for kids or adults, has a set of full size bunks and three twin bunks, comfortably sleeping 7!  This spacious room has an en suite bathroom and a private balcony with Mount Sopris views. The third bedroom with king bed and fourth bedroom with queen bed share a spacious bathroom. The fifth bedroom, located on the lowest level, is furnished with a king bed. 

Enjoy evenings spent relaxing around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows, taking a leisurely stroll or bike ride to the Crystal River, (a short 2 blocks away), or to the Pan and Fork on-site restaurant with expansive views of Mount Sopris and the Crystal River.  Something special is in store for everyone!


The HOA for this home requires the majority of occupants to be family members with occasional guests allowed. The HOA defines a family as one of no more than two principal adults, the children of one or both of those adults, no more than two additional family members who are related to said principal adults and occasional guests. This home is located in a quiet family community, and is not a suitable rental for groups of individuals or couples.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited.  Disregarding this Rule may result in a fine.

We HIGHLY recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance to help protect your vacation since NO REFUNDS if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival; inclusive of illness,  flight delays, cancelled flights, storms, road conditions or road closures. We suggest CSA Travel Protection, Please inquire about coverage.

In order to complete your reservation a lease must be signed and returned within days of booking.

The operation or use of drones is strictly prohibited on the property or over any portion of River Valley Ranch property. 

The River Valley Ranch Golf Course is available for Guest's use however the Clubhouse facilities and pool are not available.

Guest packages cannot be mailed to this home as they are routed to a parcel locker that only owners are able to access. 

Included in the price of your rental is a $59 non-refundable damage protection insurance policy in lieu of a damage deposit. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found here

  • Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 14-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
